การทำงานของคนต่างชาติอยู่ภายใต้ พระราชกำหนดการบริหารจัดการการทำงานของคนต่างด้าว พ.ศ. 2560 ซึ่งกำหนดให้คนต่างชาติต้องมีใบอนุญาตทำงานและปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดอย่างเคร่งครัด
